As Associate Director at Keypoint Intelligence's Asia Pacific Headquarters in Tokyo, Masato Atoda partners with clients to address dynamic industry challenges, enhance operations, and drive sustainable growth across the print and document management landscape. With over 24 years of industry experience, Masato is an established thought leader within the printing industry.

Masato's dedication has been pivotal in enhancing client performance, with significant achievements in managing and advancing quarterly tracking programs and forecast reports for production printers, wide format printers, document image scanners, and direct-to-garment (DTG) solutions. Masato has also led key sessions at prominent industry events, such as the Japan Production and Packaging Conference and the Japan Wide Format Printing Conference, where he shared his insights on market trends in Japan and China.

Before joining Keypoint Intelligence, Masato served as a Marketing Manager at QMS and Radius. In these roles, he successfully launched numerous products, including printers, computer displays, and video capture systems, and spearheaded market expansion strategies that continue to influence the industry.

Outside of his professional life, Masato is an avid cyclist. He commutes by bicycle from his home to the office daily and enjoys cycling on weekends.

Rachel has over 20 years of experience in the office imaging industry. Prior to joining Keypoint Intelligence, Rachel spent 6 years at the European Headquarters of Sharp and almost 15 years with KYOCERA Document Solutions in the UK in various product planning and marketing roles.
