Brother B2B: On the Move

Recapping the Company’s FY 2019 Analyst Meeting

04/29/2019

Brother’s FY 2019 Analyst Meeting was held at Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Mashantucket, CT. The one-day event had a unique and cozy “fireside chat” theme, with analysts relaxing in arm chair-like recliners and listening to company representatives describe where Brother currently stands and what its vision for the future is. Brother’s financial health is strong: The business has managed to grow in a “flat, if not declining” market. The company plans to continue focusing on expanding its B2B product portfolio and investing in channel partners. Brother also announced several new products and solutions, including firmware security updates and workflow automation tools.

Here are just some of the highlights…

  • YOY growth in all business units, including copiers, the B2B/SMB category (color, mono, and laser), and contractual MPS
  • Announced several new Brother Workhorse monochrome models and a company-first staple finisher option
  • Committed to the B2B sector with a multi-million dollar “Make Your Business Hum” advertising and PR program, tools for educating and training channel partners, a vast portfolio of workflow-streamlining solutions, a special solutions team, and much more
  • Positive channel feedback from key dealers featured as guest speakers
