BLI Honors Lexmark and Ricoh with "Printer Line of the Year" Awards
December 6, 2005 - Hackensack (NJ) - Buyers Laboratory Inc (BLI) is pleased to announce that for 2005, it has given its most prestigious printer awards to Lexmark International, Inc. for "Most Outstanding Monochrome Printer Line of the Year" and to Ricoh Corporation for "Most Outstanding Color Printer Line of the Year."

Each year, BLI performs its rigorous laboratory evaluations on numerous printers in each category of the printer market from all major industry vendors, ranging from personal printers to large workgroup and departmental printers in both the monochrome and color arenas. Among the many factors considered by BLI in selecting line of the year are reliability, overall economy, print quality, ease of use and setup, productivity, administrative utilities and feedback to user workstations.
For consistently outstanding performance in BLI's testing, Lexmark's monochrome printers were the clear choice for "Monochrome Printer Line of the Year."
