InfoTrends’ Matt Swain Promoted to Senior Director of Customer Communications Services
Matt Swain has been promoted to Senior Director at InfoTrends to lead its customer communications-focused advisory services. These services include Customer Engagement Technologies, Transactional Communications & Payments, as well as our Document Outsourcing service.
“We estimate the global market value of customer communications will surpass $66 billion in 2016, noted Managing Director Jeff Hayes. “While print remains a significant component of this market, it is important that we discuss print in the context of the broader interaction lifecycle—that is what we are doing with our Customer Communications services.”
